This is the student guide and workbook for City Wing Tsun Athletic Association students who are beginning the Prep curriculum. The book includes rules of etiquette, Cantonese terminology, and safe training guidelines. The book also includes notes on the Siu Nim Tau, chain punching, the City Wing Tsun Athletic Association standardized warm-up, a brief explanation of the self defense program, and an outline of the major things learned in the basic self defense situations, fundamental techniques for beginners, and the footwork progression. There is also a detailed description on using controlled force with your training partners.
