nyc immersion courses
If you’re a Wing Tsun instructor or have completed the first Chi Sau program (“Section 1”), you are eligible for an Immersion Course with Sifu Alex Richter. This personalized training experience is ideal for visiting students and instructors seeking intensive instruction. Please contact CWT directly if you're interested in a few private lessons instead. The Immersion Course consists of 20 lessons over five days, including access to group classes at the City Wing Tsun HQ. Note that this program is not suited for casual practitioners; participants should be prepared to train hard.

The 20-lesson Immersion Course* will be tailored to your specific needs after a discussion with Sifu Alex, either in person or via Zoom.

Daily training includes four 45-minute lessons, conducted in pairs with a short break in between, totaling three hours of intensive training each day for five days.**

Regularly scheduled group classes at the NYC HQ are included in the course.***
Please Note: The CWTAA does not issue instructor or rank certificates to those outside of our Partner School students, but completion certificates may be offered upon finishing the course.
*Courses begin with a minimum of 20 lessons, with the option for more based on scheduling and availability. Due to Sifu Alex’s busy NYC schedule, he will block out entire weeks specifically for Immersion Courses, so please be mindful of available dates.
**Two 1.5-hour sessions (four lessons total) will be conducted consecutively each day, ensuring targeted instruction in areas such as Chi Sau, technical skills, forms, sparring, or instructor training. No fluff—just focused training!
