Shipping: Physical products are shipped from New York, NY. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. City Wing Tsun Inc. is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs processing for international orders.

Return Policy
City Wing Tsun Inc. wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return policy carefully before placing your order.

Physical Products: We accept returns on physical products including books, training equipment, apparel, and posters within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. Items that have been used, damaged, or altered will not be accepted for return.
​
How to Initiate a Return: To initiate a return please contact us at citywtoffice@gmail.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions. Please do not send items back without first contacting us as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
​
Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns as City Wing Tsun Inc. is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit during the return process.
​
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected we will notify you by email. If the return is approved a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges: If you received a defective or incorrect item we will gladly exchange it for the correct item at no additional cost. Please contact us at citywtoffice@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery to arrange an exchange.

Signed Copies: Signed copies of books are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged as they are personalized items.

International Returns: International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs including any customs fees or duties incurred. We recommend contacting us before initiating an international return so we can advise on the best return method.

Non-Returnable Items: The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances: digital products, online lesson packages, event registrations, downloadable content, and any items marked as final sale at the time of purchase.

Damaged or Lost Shipments: If your order arrives damaged please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged packaging and product. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. For lost shipments please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.

Digital Product Policy
This Digital Product Policy governs the purchase and use of all digital products and services sold by City Wing Tsun Inc. through www.citywingtsun.com. By purchasing any digital product or service you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

Digital Products and Services: City Wing Tsun Inc. offers a range of digital products and services including online private lesson packages, make-up lesson credits, video course content, downloadable instructional materials, online event registrations, and seminar recordings. All digital products and services are delivered electronically and do not involve physical shipment.
​
All Sales Final: All purchases of digital products and services are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits on digital products once access has been granted or the service has been delivered. Please review all product descriptions carefully before completing your purchase.
​
Online Lesson Packages: Online private lesson packages are valid for use within the timeframe specified at the time of purchase. Unused lessons do not roll over beyond the validity period unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by City Wing Tsun Inc. Lessons are non-transferable and may not be shared with or gifted to another individual.
​
Scheduling and Cancellation of Online Lessons: All online lessons must be scheduled in advance through the City Wing Tsun booking system. Cancellations or reschedule requests must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session start time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session will result in forfeiture of that lesson with no refund or credit issued. Please refer to our Online Private Training Terms and Conditions for full details on scheduling, make-up lessons, and instructor travel policies.

Video Content and Course Materials: Upon purchase of any video course or downloadable instructional content, you are granted a personal, non-transferable license to access and view the content for your own private use. You may not reproduce, distribute, share, resell, or publicly display any video content or course materials without prior written permission from City Wing Tsun Inc. and Sifu Alex Richter. Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of access without refund.

Event Registrations: Registrations for seminars, workshops, instructor training courses, and other events are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend a registered event please contact us at citywtoffice@gmail.com as soon as possible. At our discretion we may offer a credit toward a future event of equal or lesser value. Credits are non-transferable and must be used within 12 months of the original event date.

Access and Technical Requirements: It is your responsibility to ensure that you have the necessary technology and internet connection to access digital products and online lessons. City Wing Tsun Inc. is not responsible for technical difficulties on the customer's end including internet connectivity issues, device compatibility problems, or third party platform outages. If a technical issue on our end prevents delivery of a scheduled online lesson we will reschedule the session at no additional cost.

Intellectual Property: All digital content sold by City Wing Tsun Inc. including video lessons, course materials, and downloadable documents is the intellectual property of City Wing Tsun Inc. and Sifu Alex Richter. Purchase of a digital product does not transfer any intellectual property rights to the buyer. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of any content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Chargebacks and Disputes: We encourage customers to contact us directly at citywtoffice@gmail.com before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute. Most issues can be resolved quickly and professionally through direct communication. Fraudulent chargebacks on legitimately delivered digital products will be disputed and may result in the termination of your account and access to all City Wing Tsun digital services.

Physical Training & Assumption of Risk Policy
This policy applies to all purchasers of in-person training services, events, and instructional programs offered by City Wing Tsun Inc., including but not limited to Intensive Training Camps, Immersion Courses, seminars, workshops, private lessons, and group classes.
​
Assumption of Risk: Martial arts training is a physical activity that involves inherent risks including but not limited to physical contact with training partners, falls, sprains, strains, bruising, and other injuries. By purchasing any in-person training service or event registration from City Wing Tsun Inc. you acknowledge and accept these inherent risks as a condition of participation.
​
Physical Condition: By purchasing any in-person training service you confirm that you are in adequate physical condition to participate in martial arts training. If you have any pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, or physical limitations that may affect your ability to train safely, you agree to consult with a qualified medical professional before participating and to inform your instructor of any relevant conditions prior to training.

Participant Responsibility: All participants are responsible for training safely and within their own physical limits. City Wing Tsun Inc. and its instructors provide guidance on safe training practices and controlled force methods, however participants assume full responsibility for their own safety and the safety of their training partners during all sessions.
​
Waiver of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, City Wing Tsun Inc., its owners, instructors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in any in-person training service or event. This limitation of liability applies to injuries resulting from the inherent risks of martial arts training as well as the negligence of City Wing Tsun Inc. or its instructors, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Minors: City Wing Tsun Inc. offers adult training programs. Participants under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian review and sign a physical liability waiver prior to participation. Please contact us at citywtoffice@gmail.com prior to purchase if you are under 18 or purchasing on behalf of a minor.

Event Cancellations Due to Injury or Medical Emergency: City Wing Tsun Inc. reserves the right to remove any participant from a training session or event if in the instructor's judgment continued participation poses a risk to the health or safety of that participant or others. In such cases no refund will be issued unless the removal was due to an error or fault on the part of City Wing Tsun Inc.
